Spreadsheet import is not complete yet. During a design-partner session we review your columns, confirm what can enter through the current vehicle flow, and define the import and workflow gaps that matter most.

Your crew tests the available web and mobile slices
Vehicle lifecycle controls, web and mobile inventory, VIN decode, guided walkarounds, maintenance recommendations, schedules, online work orders, inspection templates, workspace access, audit history, and diagnostic history have executable foundations. Offline completion, odometer photos, media upload, and offline writes remain validation gates.

Quartermaster should feel less like another database and more like a shared operations log for the whole day. Current foundations cover vehicle lifecycle, inventory, VIN decode, walkaround, maintenance recommendations and work orders, diagnostics, inspection templates, audit history, and workspace access; the day-in-the-life flow shows the launch target those pieces are moving toward.

A failed check becomes work, not a text thread.
Online work orders already carry the truck, title, priority, and due date into the maintenance queue; the automatic failed-item handoff from a field inspection is the launch target.
10:45 AM · TRUCK SHELF
Parts get logged where the crew looks.
Inventory lives on the vehicle record in web and mobile with quantity, location, and a low-stock flag the office can act on; photo-tagged shelves are later work.
4:30 PM · OFFICE
The owner sees the day without chasing anyone.
Work orders, maintenance recommendations, audit history, and diagnostics are live; per-mile cost and the full Monday dashboard remain launch targets.
