DESIGN PARTNER PROGRAM · BUILD IN PROGRESS

The fleet ops command center for trades.

Quartermaster is pre-launch fleet operations software for trades businesses. The current build spans web and mobile for vehicle lifecycle controls, inventory, VIN decoding, maintenance recommendations, work orders, guided walkarounds, diagnostics, inspection templates, team access controls, and a tenant audit trail; offline field completion remains the launch gate.

CURRENT BUILD STATUS

Real foundations today. Clear gates before launch.

We separate what runs in the product now from what still has to pass field and release validation.

IN THE CURRENT BUILD

Web and mobile fleet workflows with VIN, inventory, and work orders

Vehicle records now include archive/restore, bounded assignment history, and server-side status filters; web and mobile inventory has low-stock state; VIN decoding has review-before-apply; maintenance recommendations can be read and refreshed; online work execution, guided eight-angle walkarounds, OBD2 scan history, an inspection template builder, password signup, invitations, member lifecycle controls, and a tenant audit trail are executable slices. Offline field completion remains a launch gate.

SECURITY GATED

Repository changes run through trust checks

Relevant pull requests run through CodeQL, Semgrep, container-image scanning, Agent Threat Rules, Agent Memory Guard, and behavior verification. Signup and authenticated access are also verified; invalid token signatures are rejected.

IN VALIDATION

Offline-first sync, hardware, and production operations

The accepted PowerSync architecture now has an encrypted, API-origin and tenant/user-scoped local-store lifecycle with retirement tombstones, key-loss recovery, fail-closed transitions, and serialized session/database changes. Connector authority, replicated reads, queued writes, conflict UI, physical OBD2 adapters, licensed maintenance data, media transport, production OAuth clients, provider-backed invitation delivery, and live staging still need external or field acceptance.

BEFORE PUBLIC LAUNCH

Offline work from inspection to completion

Local-first field inspection completion, odometer photo capture, offline work-order handoff, imports and exports, password-reset delivery, and production invitation delivery remain protected launch work.

THE WAY IT IS NOW

Your fleet's whole story is scattered across four apps and a notebook.

Vehicle specs live in a spreadsheet. Inspections are on paper, if they happen at all. A breakdown is a phone call. Fuel is a card portal. The books are in QuickBooks. If you're lucky enough to have GPS hardware, that's a fifth login. None of it talks to the others — so the one thing you actually want to know, what is this truck costing me, takes an afternoon to answer.

WHO IT'S FOR

Everyone on the crew gets something out of it.

OWNER

Work toward a trustworthy per-truck operating record without chasing five systems.

CREW

Help shape a fast, field-ready inspection workflow that still works when signal does not.

OFFICE

Portable CSV and JSON exports, with accounting connectors planned for a later phase.
