Information we collect

When you request early access, we may collect your name, email address, company name, fleet-size range, and trade. The hosting platform may also process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and request time for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use early-access information to evaluate product fit, contact you about Quartermaster, plan design-partner research, prevent form abuse, and operate this website. We do not sell the information submitted through the early-access form.

Storage and service providers

Form submissions are stored as private records in the website's WordPress installation and may generate an email notification to the site administrator. Hosting, content-delivery, security, and email providers process information only as needed to provide those services.

Retention and deletion

We keep early-access information while evaluating the program and for a reasonable period afterward unless it is needed for security, legal, or recordkeeping purposes. You may ask us to correct or delete your submission through the contact page.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit confidential fleet records, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information through the early-access form.

We may update this policy as the product and design-partner program evolve. The date above identifies the current version.
