Preview the product direction, current build, and launch boundaries.

These visuals show the product system Quartermaster is building. The text below separates executable foundations from validation gates.

Illustrated Quartermaster owner dashboard with fleet status, route map, maintenance queue, and cost chart
Owner cockpit · concept

One operating picture for every truck.

Web vehicle management now includes archive/restore and status-filtered lists, alongside inventory, maintenance recommendations, work orders, VIN decode, inspection templates, and read-only diagnostic history. Per-mile cost, tokens, exports, and the full Monday dashboard remain launch work.

Illustrated Quartermaster mobile inspection screen with odometer OCR, failed brake check, and offline queue
Field mode · launch target

Odometer photo, inspection, and problem report — designed for low-signal work.

The field app runs vehicles, inventory, walkarounds, maintenance status and work orders, invitations, and diagnostics today. The inspection template builder provides DVIR-style and annual DOT starting points; offline writes must still pass launch validation before public release.

Track stock now; add photo locations later.

Web and mobile inventory list, add, edit, quantity, low-stock, and stale-write recovery exist. Bulk import, movements, offline conflict handling, and photo-tagged shelves remain incomplete.

Illustrated Quartermaster access and event spine with team controls, row-level security, and durable event delivery
Workspace access · partial

Built for crews, owners, and tenant-safe operations from the start.

Password signup, rotating sessions, Google and Microsoft OAuth plumbing, owner/admin invitations, member-role management, suspension, reactivation, removal, ownership transfer, a tenant audit-history view, PostgreSQL row-level security, durable outbox relay, and a provider-neutral invitation consumer foundation are implemented. Relevant repository changes also pass security and behavior checks. Production invitation delivery, password reset, MFA, and real-provider acceptance remain follow-up work.
